Pan Fried Noodles

Ingredients:

  • Noodles 300g
  • Vegetable Oil 2 cups
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Broccoli (boiled) 4-6 florets
  • Cauliflower (boiled) 5 florets
  • Garlic (chopped) 6 cloves
  • Ginger (chopped) 2 inch pc.
  • Dried Red Chilli 1.
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Cornstarch (mixed with water) 2 tbsp.
  • Fresh Coriander (For Garnish)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

 

Method:

  • Boil Noodles and set aside on plate & refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • Fry Noodles till crispy and golden brown.
  • Boil Broccoli & Cauliflower & keep aside.
  • In Hot pan, add dried red chilli, chopped Garlic & Ginger and sauté for 2-3 mins. on medium flame.
  • Add Onion and Capsicum & saute for 2-3 mins.Add Broccoli and Cauliflower
  • Add Soy sauce, Tomato sauce, Szechuan sauce, Chilli Paste.
  • Add 2 glasses of water and Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Simmer for 15 mins. & add cornstarch slurry.
  • Boil and serve on top of Fried Noodles.
  • Garnish with Fresh coriander.
