Garlic Bread

Freshly baked bread with fragrance of fresh Garlic and Seasonings. Follow the recipe and bake at your home. Share with your loved ones & family.

Ingredients                                                        

All Purpose Flour                                                                    400 Gms 

Milk                                                                                             ½  Cup 

Yeast                                                                                             1  Tsp

Salt                                                                                             to taste

Sugar                                                                                             1 Tsp

Oregano Seasoning                                                                    2 Tbsp

Chili Flakes                                                                                   1 Tbsp

Fresh Garlic Cloves (Chopped)                                                    8

PROCESS 

Pour into flour in a deep wide bowl

Activate your yeast in lukewarm milk and then add the milk into the flour

If the dough is sticky you can add a bit of water to balance and dough should be soft

Start kneading and keep kneading well for 20-25 minutes and let it rest for 1 hour.

After 1 hour you’ll see the dough will rise.

Knead a bit and add chopped garlic Chili flakes, salt and oregano seasoning. 

Set in oven proof tin and apply butter or butter paper. Give a milk wash/egg wash before putting in oven.

Bake in pre heated oven 180 degrees for 30-35 mins 

Once done, take out the bread from your oven and baste with butter so that the bread doesn’t go dry. Let it rest and cool down at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Slice the bread & enjoy. 

You should consume the bread within 2-3 days.
