Ingredients
- 1 raw mango
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 medium sized ginger
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 dry red chillies
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tspdhaniya powder
- 500 gms baby potatoes
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 250 ml mango juice
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add dry red chilli, mustard seeds, curry leaves & water.
- Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic.
- Add raw mangoes followed by turmeric powder, red chilli powder & dhaniya powder.
- Now, add baby potatoes, salt, & toss till it absorbs all the masala.
- Add mango juice & let it cook.
- Serve hot.
