Ingredients

  • 1 raw mango
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium sized ginger
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tspdhaniya powder
  • 500 gms baby potatoes
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 250 ml mango juice
  • Salt to taste

 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add dry red chilli, mustard seeds, curry leaves & water.
  3. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic.
  4. Add raw mangoes followed by turmeric powder, red chilli powder & dhaniya powder.
  5. Now, add baby potatoes, salt, & toss till it absorbs all the masala.
  6. Add mango juice & let it cook.
  7. Serve hot.
