A healthy light meal consisting of Asian dressing tossed in and can be varied according to vegetarian and non-vegetarians. Easy, Quick and Healthy.

Ingredients Qty

Iceberg Lettuce 100 gms

Carrots (jullienne) 2

Mushrooms (boiled & diced) 50 gms

Tofu (sliced) 50 gms

Garlic (mined) 1 clove

Cilantro to garnish

Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Lemon 1

Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Red Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp


For the Dressing:

Mix Olive oil, soy sauce, lemon, salt, garlic and chilli sauce.

Mix all the ingredients in that dressing and serve on the lettuce bed, garnish with cilantro and serve cold.
