Crumbled Chicken

A beautiful crusted chicken packed with the flavours of paprika, and other spices, served with flavourful orange chilli sauce.

Ingredients Qty

Chicken Breast (boneless) 2

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Cornflakes 4 tbsp

Garlic (minced) 2 tbsp

Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp

Paprika Powder 2 tbsp

Seasoning To Taste

Eggs 1


For The Sauce

Fresh Orange Juice 200 ml

Chilli Flakes 4 tbsp

Seasoning To Taste



  1. Take the chicken and marinade with garlic, olive oil, seasoning and paprika.
  2. Let the chicken rest for 15 minutes so that all the flavours get in the chicken.
  3. Now, take the chicken and dip into corn flour, then into egg wash, and finally put the chicken into mixture of cornflakes and breadcrumbs.
  4. Take the skillet and put oil in it, when the oil is hot enough, put the chicken in to it, and sear it well for 15 minutes until the chicken in moist and tender.
  5. When the upper crust turns up golden brown, take the chicken out on a paper towel so that excess oil is soaked.
  6. Now take an another skillet and put in the orange juice, and reduce it by the 50% , once reduced add the chilli flakes and seasoning.
  7. Finally check the consistency of the sauce and then serve it with chicken.
