Ingredients Qty

Baby Corns 100gms

Bell pepper (Julienne) 2

Onion (diamond cut) 2

Mushrooms (quarter) 4-5

Garlic (fine chopped) 7-8 cloves

Ginger (fine chopped) 50-60gms

French Beans (chopped) 10-12

Cauliflower/ Broccoli 1

Cottage Cheese (cubes) 100gms

Spring Onion (chopped) 1

Carrots (diced) 2

Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp

Green Chilli Sauce 2 Tbsp

Vinegar 4 Tbsp

Seasoning To taste

Sugar 1 tbsp

Cornstarch 4 Tbsp

 

Process:

  1. Take a skillet full of water and put it on flame, once the water start boiling blanch the cauliflower, carrots, beans and baby corns turn wise.

 

  1. Heat up a wok and put some oil in it, put garlic and sauté it, then add ginger and onion, sauté on high flame and then add mushrooms.

 

  1. Then add vinegar, soy sauce, green chilli sauce and then mix well, after this step add other vegetables and toss well.

 

  1. Add sugar and check the seasoning and then simmer it for 15 minutes and then the vegetable stock and cornstarch so that consistency is little thick, then finally check the seasoning.

 

  1. Serve hot and garnish with spring onion & serve with steamed rice.
