The Mughal Era in Delhi

Hello foodies ! How are you all…today I am going to talk about North Indian cuisine. People of Delhi are very much fascinated with the mixed food culture of Punjab, and influence of Mughlai food since old times.
People are fond of curries and kebabs are all time favourite for most of the people. There are various outlets which you can visit….let’s talk about Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail located in 25 locations all over NCR…serves very good curries, tandoori dishes like Murgh Malai tikka, Paneer tikka, Achaari Paneer tikka and mixed platter consisting of variety of kebabs and fish varieties at an affordable price along with different breads. For college students around Delhi students should can visit Karim’s which is also into competition but serves very good tandoori dishes…with variety of dishes and tikkas, Mutton Rogan Josh must to try. Nazeer is a very good option coming up and growing delivering various naan and other indian breads along with mughlai dishes at a price which is affordable by students. We can’t neglect The Great Kebab Factory which is upmarket and famous for variety of kebabs and fish tikka made in a traditional way. Gulati at Pandara Road serves amazing biryani of both mutton and chicken, the meat is juicy and tasty as the biryani is made in Handi and with traditional Indian flavours and whole spices. The last I am going to talk is the winner in North Indian cuisine which is Bukhara – ITC Maurya , expensive but presents all type of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes and very good kebab platters straight from tandoor and people are mad to taste Dal Bukhara – a signature item of the restaurant. Pind Balluchi is an option but not as good as the other mentioned above. So foodies…enjoy and keep eating!
